very important stuff-
takes the place of all those little, black plastic vents you have that will start to leak sooner then later.
of course it'll be a pain in the ass to do now.....but something to keep in mind for the future-

That's ok, we don't plan on staying here too long, the area is exploding, we'll prolly just sell the house and move further into the country after awhile...
